to be a resource for teachers who wish to instruct their students
on techniques designed to identify healthy hydration choices.

and support materials to enable students
to demonstrate an understanding
of the importance of proper daily hydration.

for proper hydration which occurs before one is thirsty.

Hydration Education works in partnership with America's
elementary school teachers and their students.
Our mission is to give-back the basic knowledge
that every child must have in order to make
healthy hydration choices throughout their lives.
